PurposeEdit

The audiece for this propaganda was the men of Belgium. It was created to inflict emotion for the men to fight and save their women from the war. It was published in Belgium  so men would feel guilty because their women were dying and join the war to fight for their country. It was published by Hely's Limited. Most of Belgiums propaganda was extremely emotional and this one was aswell. By saying "Remember the Women of Belgium" it makes it seem like they all had died and creates a sentimental feeling for them to go to war and save who's left.

We estimate that this propaganda was effective because it was extremely moving and most likely effected the men deeply. The use of the death of their potentail loved ones is a technique that could convince almost anyone to fight.
